Before Booking
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Dallas Fort-Worth area
How far do you travel?
Typically, no more than 50 miles from Frisco, TX
How do we check your availability?
Please reach out to us using the form or contacting me through email. Include a date and time for your wedding and we will reach out letting you know if we are available.
What is included in your wedding packages?
Our wedding packages are designed to provide beautiful, professional live music while keeping the planning process simple and stress-free.
Our Ceremony Collection includes live violin and cello music for your ceremony, including prelude music as guests arrive, processional music, special ceremony moments, and the recessional.
Our Ceremony & Cocktail Hour Collection includes everything in the Ceremony Collection, plus live music during your cocktail hour to create an elegant atmosphere as you and your guests celebrate.
Regardless of the collection you choose, you can expect professional musicianship, thoughtful communication, coordination with your venue or wedding planner, and careful preparation to ensure your music is one less thing you have to worry about on your wedding day.

Music & Performance
Can we request specific songs?
Yes, you can request specific songs, and we will do our best to accommodate those requests.
Do you provide music for the ceremony only, or cocktail hour as well?
Depending on your preference we can provide music for Ceremony and cocktail. Also, if you would like more time provided, we can do that too.
Can you help us choose music if we aren't sure what we want?
We can totally help find the perfect playlist for your day. We will choose from our current list of Repertoire to make that playlist.
How long do you perform?
We will perform 30 minutes of prelude music prior to the ceremony. We also play for the special moments during the ceremony. For Cocktail hour performances, we have an hour of music prepared unless more is requested.
Wedding Day Logistics
How early do you arrive?
We will arrive about an hour prior to set up and start prelude music 30 minutes before the ceremony

Do you perform outdoors?
Typically, not preferred. But if outdoors is needed, we would need a shaded area to perform.
Do you need electricity?
No, we currently just use acoustic instruments.
Do you provide amplification if needed?
If needed, we would provide amplification.
What happens if it rains?
If indoors, no problem. If outside, we will not be performing.
What do you wear?
We wear professional Concert Black attire for events.
Will you coordinate with our planner or officiant?
We would definitely be willing to work with your planner or officiant.
Booking & Payments
How do we reserve our wedding date?
Once we have confirmed our availability, We will send over a contract as well as collect a retainer payment. Once that is all done, your wedding is reserved.
Is a retainer required?
Yes, a retainer is required because we are reserving that date for your wedding and it is for you to know that we are also committed to your wedding date.
When is the remaining balance due?
Remaining Balance must be submitted at least 14 days prior to wedding date
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
If the event is postponed and the Musicians are available for the new date, payments may be transferred to the rescheduled event. If the Musicians are unavailable for the new date, the postponement will be treated as a cancellation. In case of cancellation, payments will not be refundable.
